HYBRIDknife® flex I-Type

Elevating 3rd space endoscopy

Precise application in complex thin-walled anatomy

Benefit from an all-in-one solution uniting cutting-edge technology with new flexibility.

Inject, cut, coagulate – no need for instrument exchange - for efficient workflow and ease of use.

TAILOR YOUR OWN TECHNIQUE

INJECT NEEDLE-FREE

Expand the submucosal space without instrument exchange using high-pressure, needle-free, tissue-selective hydrodissection.

CUT AND COAGULATE PRECISELY

Achieve high electrosurgical precision with limited thermal damage using the thin electrode, and apply various coagulation techniques with VIO® modes.

FLEX WITH STABILITY

Expect smooth passage and stable electrode length, even in difficult angled or retroflexed endoscopic positions.

Unmatched Synergy

Hybrid Technology: combining hydrodissection and electrosurgery

ELECTROSURGICAL PRECISION

  • Thin 0.5 mm electrode for precise cutting with limited thermal damage
  • Especially important for thin-walled anatomy, e.g. right colon
  • Various distal tip designs for a range of electrosurgical cutting, coagulation, and tissue manipulation techniques

HIGH-PRESSURE INJECTION

  • More consistent and reliable separation and expansion of the submucosal tissue plane versus conventional injection needle, even in challenging anatomy, e.g. over a fold or submucosal fibrosis
  • Isolate and expose vasculature, and compress blood vessels, reducing the risk of bleeding

Powered by VIO® 3

EQUIPMENT

The HYBRIDknife® flex unites electrosurgery with high-pressure hydrodissection. Powered by the GI workstation, the instrument provides high-pressure injection and precise electrosurgical application. Proprietary algorithms and state-of-the-art microprocessor technology with measurements on target tissue at more than 25 million per second for reliable, reproducible, and homogeneous tissue effects.

ELECTROSURGICAL MODES

Achieve the desired tissue effect by choosing the appropriate mode for the interventional technique e.g.,

  • endoCUT®
  • preciseSECT®
  • softCOAG
  • dryCUT

Selection of up to 6 sub-programs can be achieved directly from the procedural field via ReMode® button.
