Support App for VIO 3

Using this App, you can generate and update user programs using templates, and archive these on our server. Our members of staff and specialist dealers can update and upgrade your VIO 3 on site using VIO WiFi (PC or tablet).

Basic functions of the App

1. Copy - select a user set you would like to view, process or upload to a VIO 3 device. The standard templates are available on the server. In this module you can also create your individual templates, edit them and save them locally on your mobile terminal. Templates and user sets for VIO 3 devices can also be sent per e-mail.
2. Update - select a software update you would like to view or upload to a VIO 3 device. The respective current software updates are stored on the server and are ready for downloading to the mobile terminal at any time.
3. Contact - here you can find the contact addresses to which you can send the device data per e-mail. Using the contact form, the copy and chrono data (device parameters) is automatically read out copy and from the VIO 3 and attached per zip file to the e-mail. The contact enquiry is sent to Tübingen including further information.
4. Chrono - download the log file of VIO 3. You can analyze and save the file locally. The module is only available to authorized persons.
