You require an Erbe service ticket number (ESV) for your product to be submitted to the manufacturer service department. ´
You can request the ESV either by telephone via our service hotline or via the Online-form.
You can also specify further service and shipping options here.
The return will be accepted in our incoming goods department in Tübingen and forwarded to the Erbe service center.
Your claim will be processed in the Erbe service center Tübingen.
Once the service process is complete, we will send your product back to you.
