Manufacturer repair service

Would you like to submit your product to the manufacturer repair service?

Repairs are free if covered by warranty. Our General Terms and Conditions apply.

You require an Erbe service ticket number (ESV) for your product to be submitted to the manufacturer service department. ´

You can request the ESV either by telephone via our service hotline or via the Online-form.

You can also specify further service and shipping options here.

Please download our return form here. Fill in the ESV number and all other fields. Afterwards please send it back to us by e-mail. 

The return will be accepted in our incoming goods department in Tübingen and forwarded to the Erbe service center.

Your claim will be processed in the Erbe service center Tübingen.

Once the service process is complete, we will send your product back to you.
