Regional Account Manager


Your Responsibilities


  • As a regional account manager for Erbe Sweden you are responsible for driving all commercial activities in selected regions, preparing and executing on regional business plans and working actively on the field with Erbe´s total product offering mainly in surgery, endoscopy, urology, gynecology and interventional pulmonology
  • Achieve assigned annual sales targets
  • Driving sustainable & profitable growth by building and implementing differentiated sales strategies based on the understanding of the market
  • Perform demonstrations together with other sales and marketing activities
  • Analyzing portfolio performance with budget and following up closely
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans and marketing activities
  • Providing customer support, including training on products and methods
  • This position is part of the Sales Team that will consist of three regional account managers and you are responsible for the intercommunication within the team also including technical service and office administration
  • Arranging your working weeks in a efficient manner since domestic travel is included

Your Skills


  • Formal medical/science training at the university level pr extensive experience from similar positions
  • Experience in medical devises sales, preferably in surgery at multinational companies
  • Being able to challenge customers with new technology and new products
  • Passionate, result-oriented and reliance
  • Clear in communication with others
  • Finding new opportunities and developing existing customers further
  • Confident in representing Erbe Sweden at congresses, workshops and exhibitions
  • Experienced in training and educating customers on products and methods
  • Fluent Swedish and proficient English especially in clinical medical terminology
  • MS Office
  • Drivers license B
