Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary point of contact for order placement from distributors, assisting them with their requests, and coordinating the order processing in close collaboration with our sales representative
- Maintain relationships with structured and high-potential customers to help create and enhance collaboration and loyalty
- Actively contribute to the development of the department's organization and innovation, with the aim of continuous improvement of processes and solutions
- Support our Sales Representative by helping complete vendor forms and other required documentation for the customer
- Follow up on customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate Sales Representative
- Handle pricing and other issues between sales and customers
- Verify that customer orders are processed correctly and monitor to ensure delivery dates and product quality meet customer requirements
- Establish and maintain a close working relationship with Sales Representatives to enhance customer account penetration
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Your Skills
- Experience in managing structured and high-potential clients
- Knowledge of a company's business processes and flows (quotation creation, ordering, invoicing,..)
- Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular Excel
- At least five years working experience in the commercial administrative field
- Strong predisposition to commercial activities and result orientation
- Good aptitude for interpersonal relationships and networking
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with results-oriented mindset
- Fast paced environment, able to multi-task and handle high volume workload
- Ability to analyze, manage projects independently and able to operate as good team player
- Passion for innovation, improvement and desire to challenge status quo and learning agility
