For the Information Technology Department of our location in Tübingen, Germany, we are looking for a

Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)


Your Responsibilities


  • You develop, implement and optimize cloud solutions for the operation of our digital products in the MS Azure cloud
  • You develop automation scripts and templates to optimize the provisioning, scaling and maintenance of cloud resources - using tools such as Terraform or Ansible
  • You develop and implement concepts for monitoring the cloud services and for disaster recovery
  • You create documentation and thus ensure an exchange of knowledge and audit security
  • You carry out regular audits, security tests (e.g. penetration tests) and vulnerability analyses
  • You integrate and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate and accelerate the development and deployment process

Your Skills


  • You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or alternatively have a comparable qualification 
  • You have several years of professional experience in cloud engineering or cloud architecture, preferably in the Microsoft Azure environment
  • Ideally, you have already gained in-depth knowledge in the administration and configuration of Azure services and have a good understanding of current security standards in the cloud
  • You think analytically and have a strong ability to solve problems
