For the Marketing Department of our location in Tübingen, Germany, we are looking for a
Head of Product Marketing Gastroenterology and Pulmonology (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Functional/Disciplinary and line management of the employees in the team
- Responsible for upstream and downstream marketing in the segment of responsibility
- Ensuring the global marketing strategy, growth, and competitiveness of the defined segment
- Defining the roadmap within the area (medical discipline) of responsibility and evaluating new products, new areas of application and necessary product optimisations
- Collaboration, establishing and maintaining contact with KOLs to ensure and expand the market presence.
- Monitoring and analysing the market and competition and conducting trend analyses
- Representing the market within the organisation, identifying, and collecting needs and trends and forwarding them to the relevant function
- Close coordination with the relevant departments at the headquarters and with the global agencies
Your Skills
- Degree in engineering, medical engineering, business administration or a similar study programme
- Several years of experience in marketing or product management in the field of medical engineering, ideally experience in the fields of gastroenterology and pulmonology
- Ideally leadership experience
- Interest in technically sophisticated products
- Experience developing business cases and market analyses
- Strategic approach and clear focus on results
- Customer focus, passion for creation and willingness to take responsibility
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- Business-fluent English skills (German is not a must)

- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter im Team
- Verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der globalen Marketingstrategie, für das Wachstum und die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des definierten Segments
- Definition der Roadmap innerhalb des definierten Segments, sowie Evaluierung von neuen Produkten, neuen Anwendungsgebieten und notwendigen Produktoptimierungen
- Zusammenarbeit, Aufbau und Pflege von Kontakten zu KOLs zur Sicherstellung und zum Ausbau der Marktpräsenz
- Beobachten und Analysieren des Marktes und des Wettbewerbs, sowie Durchführen von Trendanalysen
- Repräsentieren des Marktes in der Organisation, Definieren und Sammeln der Bedürfnisse und Trends und Weiterleiten dieser an die entsprechende Funktion
- Enge Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen am Headquarter sowie den globalen Vertretungen
Your Skills
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurswissenschaften, Medizintechnik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing- oder Produktmanagement im Bereich Medizintechnik, idealerweise Erfahrung in den Bereichen Gastroenterologie und Pulmologie
- Idealerweise Führungserfahrung
- Interesse an technisch anspruchsvollen Produkten
- Erfahrung bei der Erstellung von Business-Cases und Marktanalysen
- Strategisches Arbeiten und klare Ergebnisorientierung
- Kundenorientierung, sowie Freude am Gestalten und Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Bereitschaft zur nationalen und internationalen Reisetätigkeit
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
